Thundyr is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Lead to lay the foundation for our sales strategy and connect with small businesses that will benefit from our tools. This is more than just a sales role — it's a chance to shape the future of Thundyr as our first hire in sales.

About the Role

  • Build and execute a sales strategy tailored to Thundyr's product offerings and target customers.
  • Identify key industries and businesses that align with our solutions.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.
  • Develop relationships with small business owners and decision-makers, clearly communicating how Thundyr plugins create value.
  • Gather feedback from customers and prospects to refine our offerings and strategy.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set measurable goals and evaluate performance.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • A track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Experience building sales pipelines and nurturing leads through to close.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate to small business owners.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment, wearing multiple hats, and adapting quickly.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit.
